BTCC Snetterton 3: Onslow-Cole’s first win

Tom Onslow-Cole was gifted pole position for the third race at Snetterton - and converted it into his first BTCC win.
But all the action went on behind him, with Fabrizio Giovanardi surviving an off-road collision to take third place off championship rival Jason Plato.

BTCC Snetterton 2: Giovanardi triumphs

Fabrizio Giovanardi continued hit back from his Donington disappointment at Snetterton, winning the second of the day’s races.
But championship leader Jason Plato kept the Italian in his sights, finishing third behind Matt Neal who impressively charge from 18th on the grid to finish on the podium.

BTCC Snetterton 1: Turkington stripped of win

Colin Turkington crossed the line first at the end of the first BTCC race at Snetterton - but was disqualified after post-race inspection revealed his car was 5kg underweight.
That meant Team Halford’s Gordon Shedden inherited the win, ahead of Turkington’s team mate Tom Onslow-Cole and Vauxhall’s Tom Chilton.

WTCC Anderstorp 2: Last-lap home win

Rickard Rydell sensationally - and surprisingly - won the second race at Anderstorp after passing team mates Alain Menu and Nicola Larini on the final lap.
Rydell is not contesting the full championship this season, and Larini was unhappy that he had been allowed to take points off him.

DTM Zandvoort: Audi fix the finish

Audi team orders forced Alexandre Premat to give up what would have been his first DTM win.
Premat actually let team mate Martin Tomcyk pass him twice, the final time coming mere metres before the line on the final lap.
Audi dominated the weekend, turning a 1-2-3-4-5 result in qualifying to 1-2-3-4 in the race.

British F3 Spa 2: Kennard’s first win

Jonathan Kennard broke his victory race in very wet conditions at Spa-Francorchamps after only four laps’ racing.

WTCC Anderstorp 1: Huff denies Monteiro

The wet European summer played havoc with the first WTCC race at Anderstorp. A drying track created a hectic race with many changes of position.
Rob Huff beat pole sitter Tiago Monteiro off the line. The Chevrolet driver would go on to win, but the ex-F1 racer slashed his advantage late in the race to cross [...]

F3 Euro Zandvoort 2: Hülkenberg wins in wet

Nico Hülkenberg took a fine win in pouring rain - but he may lose the victory as the stewards began an investigation into whether he had made a pass under yellow flags.
Championship duellists Sebastian Buemi and Romain Grosjean were second and third.

British F3 Spa 1: Bird flies to second win

Sam Bird took a classy win at Spa-Francorchamps, moving from third to second at the start before passing Stephen Jelley for the win.
Bird extended his lead as Jelley and Jonathan Kennard battled for second, the latter finally taking the pace on the final lap.

F3 Euro Zandvoort 1: ASM dominates

ASM team mates Romain Grosjean and Kamui Kobayashi dominated the first race at Zandvoort, the Frenchman crossing the line just under a second ahead of his team mate.
Sebastiem Buemi was eight seconds behind in third and lost more ground in the championship to Grosjean - but nonetheless took his ninth points-scoring finish in ten races.
